Piadina is the street food of Emilia Romagna – a flatbread used to make delicious folded, warm sandwiches. Crosta & Mollica make their dough with olive oil instead of the more traditional lard, which make the piadina beautifully soft and aromatic.

How to cook:

After heating it in a dry pan, layer the piadina with your favourite sandwich filling and fold in half for a fantastic light lunch. We recommend you try one with prosciutto, rocket and mozzarella cheese. Heat, fill and fold, 5 simple ingredients, but so tasty!
