Our home delivery service is different from many food delivery services, why?
To guarantee freshness, we only use our own refrigerated van fleet. This limits our delivery area, so please check below to see if we deliver near you; We offer next day delivery if the order is placed and paid for before 3pm. If you want guaranteed next day delivery best to give us a call directly.
We have two options available for you to purchase your items. Either on our easy to browse Shop pages or you can speak to one of our friendly sales staff who will assist you with your purchase. After all, ordering a piece of steak or venison - a piece of meat to be savoured - we want you to be happy with your purchases and ensure that you have the right cut or number of pieces you require for your family or gathering.
We try to ensure that all of your purchases arrive to you fresh and ready to cook, unless we have informed that an item may be Frozen , i.e. wild game birds which are ‘out of season’.

Any request for refunds must be made in writing or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Our Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled up until 3pm (Monday to Friday) on last working day before delivery in order to receive a full refund.
