Our home delivery service is different from many food delivery services, why?
To guarantee freshness, we only use our own refrigerated van fleet to deliver to your door. However, this limits our delivery area to Aberdeenshire, Inverness, Dundee & Perth, so please click HERE to check Delivery Days to your Post Code.
We have two easy ordering options for Home Delivery or Click & Collect, either on our Online Shop or you can speak to one of our friendly sales staff who will assist you with your purchase. Our phone line 01358 727850 is open until 10pm (Monday to Friday) to answer any of your questions.
Customer satisfaction is always our top priority! We want to ensure that you have the right cut or quantity of meat that you require for your family or gathering so please let us know any requirements you have. Moreover, we try our best to make sure that all of your purchases arrive to you fresh and ready to cook, unless we have informed that an item may be frozen, i.e. wild game which are ‘out of season’.
After your order is placed, our Butchery team will cut and pack your order to guarantee freshness. Then the driver will deliver to your door in our refrigerated van.

Our Refund Policy
Any request for refunds must be made in writing or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Our Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled up until 3pm (Monday to Friday) on last working day before delivery in order to receive a full refund.
