Aberdeenshire Larder Handmade Venison Pie

Each pie is handmade in small batches at our kitchens in Ellon. We start with crumbly pastry and add our minced Scottish Wild Venison mixed with pork that has been marinaded in port and a selection of herbs, including juniper. We then bake off the pies before adding a traditional jelly layer.
Suitable for freezing.
