Blue Murder is one of the fine cheeses passionately created by the Stone family at Highland Fine Cheeses.  With a rich history of cheese making in the family, cheese making began in earnest at their family farm at Blarliath, around 80 acres running along the beautiful Dornoch Firth and to the West of Tain. 

Blue Murder Cheese is softer and creamier than many blues.  It has a thin, sticky, grey-white rind and is presented as a small square in its entirety. The cheese is pasteurised and suitable for vegetarians.  Delicious on a cheese board or sharing plate.
