This delicious, crisp sparkling white wine made from the Chenin Blanc grape is a an excellent alternative to Prosecco or Cava, produced by Bouvet-Ladubay, one of the oldest sparkling wine producers in Saumur, Loire Valley.
Pair with a light starter , or equally drinkable by itself as an aperitif.
