Pea Green Boat cheese sablés have been baked to the same exacting recipe since 2010, using locally-sourced Mungoswells organic wheat flour, rich golden butter, and lots and lots of cheese.
With almost half of the recipe consisting of cheese, only the finest will do : authentic 24-month-aged Italian parmesan mixed with mature Scottish cheddar.
Pea Green Bakery advise they can be served with a cold tipple, but are 'best served in good company'. We agree!
