Great Glen Green Pepper Venison Salami

Like Aberdeenshire Larder, Great Glen only uses Scottish Wild Venison. 80g per pack.

A family business set up fifteen years ago by the Baak family in the Scottish Highland village of Roy Bridge, all products are produced by hand and air dried.

This salami is made with pure venison and gently spiced with added green peppercorns for the right balance and has won numerous Great Taste awards. In 2019 it was awarded Best Game Product in The British Charcuterie Awards 2019.
