Domaine Gerald Talmard is a family-run Domaine located in the small town of Uchizy in the Maconnais. The style of wine produced here is pure and refreshing, achieved by picking grapes when ripe but still early enough to have good acidity levels.
This wine is fermented and aged ‘sur lie’ in stainless steel only, to give a lively, unfussy, very gently textured style of Macon centred on characteristics of apple, citrus and butter.
