Marinated Herrings Sweet Cure

Silver Tide marinated herring are hand prepared in small batches at their premises in Grantown-on-Spey in the Scottish Highlands.

Using the freshest sustainably-sourced, MSC-certified herring and cured in a sweet marinade, these herring are ready to eat.  Delicious in salads, a seafood sharing plates, as a started , or prepared in sushi.
