It was Granny Agnes who created the very first Adamson’s oatcake in 1887 at the Bruce Wynd Bakehouse in Pittenweem, Fife.  Still baked today using the same recipe, the same oven and the finest ingredients, these oatcakes are perfect with a plate of broth or topped with one our fine cheeses.
