Our Ready to Bake Venison Wellington is made with Scottish Wild Venison Fillet Steak. 

Each Venison Wellington is topped with Haggis and our wild berry jelly, then wrapped in flaky pastry.

Our Venison meat is locally sourced. All of our Venison meat is prepared from Scottish Wild Venison and we have over 40 years experience in preparing and supplying delicious Venison Meat products.

Our Locally Sourced Venison is low in fat, high in Protein, as well as being an excellent source of Iron and Vitamin B. Our Venison is highly sustainable with low food miles.

Wash with egg and cook in an oven pre-heated to 220 Degrees C for 55 minutes, or until golden brown.
