The essential Italian kitchen salsa, made from sweet cherry tomatoes, field-grown in Sicily.  The tomatoes are cooked and bottled within 24 hours of harvesting and the unique cooking under vacuum maximises flavour and nutrients.  Tomato Salsa differs from Passata in that its sugars and flavours are concentrated by cooking. Sicilian sunshine maximises the natural sugars and full spectrum flavours which oozes out of each bottle.
