Pad Thai is Probably Thailand’s most famous noodle dish and there are many veriosns.  This sauce was tried and tested in the The Coconut Kitchen restaurant for 11 years, so it has to be good!

How to cook authentic Pad Thai : Fry garlic and onion in oil and add meat of preference (usually chicken or prawns, or both!) .  Cook for 2 minutes, add the partly cooked noodles. Then add 1 bottle of CK Pad Thai Sauce, stir fry the noodles in the sauce until fully cooked.  Add beansprouts, serve and garnish with the spring onion, coriander, peanuts and lime.
