Venison Wellington Ready to Cook

Our Venison Wellington Ready to Cook is made with Scottish Wild Venison Fillet Steak.  Each Venison Wellington is topped with Haggis and our handmade wild berry jelly, then wrapped in flaky pastry. 

Our Venison meat is locally sourced and prepared at our Butchery in Aberdeenshire.  Scottish Wild Venison is a tasty, lean & healthy meat.

Wash with egg and cook in an oven pre-heated to 220 0C for 55 minutes, or until golden brown.
